Shanna Honkomp                                                                                        

Shanna Honkomp is an 800-hour Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher. She was introduced to yoga asana in college while pursuing a degree in dance, but didn’t discover the true power of the practice until she entered the Jivamukti Yoga School in 2007. The comprehensive teachings of the Jivamukti method ignited her desire to continue studies in yoga and Buddhism as well as eventually pursue teacher training. She completed her 300-hour Certification in 2011 and completed her 800-hour Certification in 2013 under the irreproachable guidance of Monica Jaggi.

Shanna teaches basic through advanced levels and strives to meet her students exactly where they are in their own practice. Her background in dance encourages seamless choreographic sequencing, and her love of music is evident in her thoughtful playlists.  In her classes she hopes to give students the opportunity to uncover their own strength, grace, and quietude.

Ambyr D’Amato loves to laugh, teach, sing and learn. Ambyr is an E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, and the co-director of The Yoga Sequence™. Ambyr studied with Sabina Stahl, was certified with Yoga Alliance in 2005 and has been teaching exciting and creative Vinyasa sequences ever since. She leads 200-hour Vinyasa teacher trainings and teaches workshops in Anatomy for Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Partner Yoga and Adjusting. Ambyr is also certified in AntiGravity® Yoga. Ambyr loves teaching at The Standard hotel in Miami. She has been featured in Yoga Journal, Yoga International, on the cover of Kripalu’s catalog, and on nypost.

Taylor Jeanne

Taylor began her yogic journey as a means of self-healing and explorative movement. After a few years of establishing a steady practice, Taylor followed the path of becoming a teacher and completed both her 200 hour TT and 300 hour Advanced Training at Abhaya Yoga under the guidance of Tara Glazier.

Taylor cultivates a space where she empowers students to move in their own unique way and encourages them to follow the voice of their inner teacher.

A thoughtful blend of creative sequencing, mindful movement and therapeutics, Taylor‘s classes are playful yet challenging and offer something for yogis of all levels.

 



Margherita Tisato

Margherita-TisatoMargherita’s yoga practice spans over more than a decade and includes Hatha, Vinyasa and Kundalini traditions. She received her 200hours certification in Vinyasa yoga from Lea Kramer at Prana Mandir, and her 300hour certification in yoga and Ayurveda from Summer Quashie and Leigh Evans of Yoga Sukhavati.
Further training includes yoga for incarcerated youth with the Lineage Project and trauma sensitive yoga/yoga for PTSD with Bessel A. van der Kolk (MD), founder of The Trauma Center, and Hatti Figge (RYT, LCSW).

Margherita believes in a challenging practice to awaken the body, find and accept our limits, and see the potential that lies beyond them. In her classes you can expect a combination of movement, breath, spiritual philosophy, stillness, and passion, to encourage each individual to find their own potential.

Aside from yoga Margherita studies, performs and teaches Butoh and modern dance around NYC and beyond. She is forever indebted to all her Teachers, who showed her how to engage with mystery and awe.



Seth Lieberman

Seth has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2010. He completed three teacher training programs in New York City: a 200 hour Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training in 2009 from Greenhouse Holistic Yoga, an advanced 300 hour certificate in 2013 from Yoga Sukhavati, and an advanced teaching certificate from Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers from Jason Ray Brown. His studies an

d teaching center around yoga philosophy, anatomy and biomechanics, seasonal wellness, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Nada Yoga (The Yoga of Sound), mantra, chanting, and meditation.
